First:*I think the intention probably is that we shouldn't know at this point, but...yeah, I've seen things, spoilery things, that make me think it'll be Rory. Unless Moffat has a surprise in store for us!*
Second:*Hmm...that's interesting. I could see that. At the time, I just thought he was having another one of those little attacks he was having when he was talking to Little!Amelia. One thing I have thought about, though, is what was the point of mentioning the duck pond so prominently? Was it just set up for the bit where he texted Amy to say "duck!" a bit later, or will it Prove Significant Later??*
Third:*I think I tend to assume that if you're the sort of "player" whose enemies are prepared to blow up a whole inhabited planet just to prevent your escape, then you've probably at least heard of the Doctor, maybe even had a run-in with him before. You know, stories get around in those sort of circles, I imagine. ;D*
Fourth:*Yeah, to be honest, I always thought the Doctor decided what the TARDIS's interior looked like, although in this case she was heavily damaged after...whatever happened to her when Ten regenerated. Maybe she can rebuild herself automatically when she's been damaged like that, and Eleven was just really impressed with what a good job she'd done and decided to leave it like that. That's pure speculation, of course.*
Fifth:*I'd say so, purely because of the way Amy fell unconscious when the creature started reading her mind. None of those people seemed to have been in a coma for twelve years (the photos showed them as they were now in appearance), so I'm assuming Prisoner Zero made them that way.*
But yes, there seemed to be a lot of significant stuff going on here that wasn't really explained, but which gives every sign of being buildup for whatever the season's big overarching "Bad Wolf" type threat is. I quite like that; as Clocket says, it's nice to have questions about genuine plot points rather than just WTF moments...
