I noticed all of the threads on what your favorite episode is for each Doctor. My question is somewhat different: what do you think is the funniest episode of Doctor Who? You can break it down by Doctor or do it overall, or both. You are also welcome to include episodes that are so bad they're funny.
Personally, for me it's a toss-up between "The Doctor Dances" and "Bad Wolf." I think "The Doctor Dances" is funnier overall, but the scenes with Captain Jack in "Bad Wolf" almost made me burst a blood vessel laughing. In other eras, for me the funniest Ten episode is probably "The Unicorn and the Wasp" and for Four, "CIty of Death." I'm not familiar enough with the other Doctors to give any further answers.

Regarding Four, City of Death is indeed distilled awesomeness - that whole scene in Scarlioni's house, starting with "What a wonderful butler you have; he's so violent!" may or then again may not be the funniest (intentionally funny!) scene in Who. I think Talons has some great humour in it as well - Henry Gordon Jago is a magnificent comic creation (and no coincidence that the same actor crops up in Unicorn and the Wasp, which is indeed a strong contender for funniest Ten story). My favourite line/dialogue exchange in Four's era, though, is in Nightmare of Eden, where the ship's captain has just informed the Doctor that the insurance company he claims to work for went out of business about twenty years ago, and he responds with "I wondered why I hadn't been paid." Captain: "That's not good enough." Four: "That's what I said!"
