I didn't know Colin could sing. Good find, Clocket. (Pirates of Penzance+Colin Baker=hilarity.) Oh what? I suppose we're going to see McCoy singing "Wicked" parodies, next... or Tb singing "Fiddler on the Roof"... or Davison singing "Spamalot"...

I finally figured out why the song seems familiar. Tom Lehrer's song of the Elements has this tune.
Tom Lehrer is a mathematician turned songwriter from the 1960s, for those of you that haven't heard of him. He's kind of my hero.

I love the elements song. I think there's a 50 states version of it as well. Was Pirates of Penzance the original melody source for this tune? I've heard it in so many places.
