Funky.... the number of eps for 10 reminds me again of the sad shrinkage of what constitutes an "episode"... ah, for the days of nice, loooong story arcs.... And there's poor ol' Eight in a little bubble on the side, would be fun to see what this would look like if they added in all the audio adventures as well.

Clocket, I didn't notice that, I'll have to put on my "please don't make my eyes hurt" specs and go look again JJ, it IS cool, isn't it? I was kinda hypnotised by it for awhile. Prim, I agree, I miss the longer format of days of yore, sadly, I don't think today's audiences would tolerate it, look at the upcoming series as an example, they are doing it in halves. This will (by necessity) make everything happen faster and now instead the arc building over ten or so episodes it will build over three or four...

I suppose in fairness, though, when you only have 13 episodes a series you want to pack as many different stories in as you can...

Yeah...could have a point there... Unless the chart discriminates against Adric the way a great many other people do, that is... ;D

It is sort of hypnotic, it even has that spiral in the background! XD
I feel bad for eight again.... I think it's a bit odd though that they've graphed actual trips, not episodes or something. There's also a bit of discrepancy there actually. They've apparently graphed each of the trips that 10 makes through the mirrors and fireplace in "the girl in the fireplace" but not every trip that 11 makes with the vortex manipulator in "the pandorica opens" and "the big bang". At first I thought it was just trips in the TARDIS when i saw 11, but after looking at 10's adventures, i don't think it can be...

Adric did take the dinosaurs with him. I just finished that episode and I don't think it's really clear if the Tardis traveld back along with the freighter or what. The Doctor tells the Cyberman that he can't get a fix to materialize on the ship, but they are still watching it as it's moving backwards in time, so what is the TARDIS doing exactly. Are they traveling back as well, although they don't appear to go into the vortex or really be doing so?

Maybe it only counts if the Doctor opens the TARDIS doors?
