This article showing what the BBC did in November to promote Dr. Who in London. I personally think it would be cool to see Cybermen on the streets on London. But there is no freaking way I would get on a train car filled with Cybermen. Yes, I know they are just actors in costume but I just couldn't get past the fear they inspired as a kid. Would you get into a train car filled with Cybermen?
