An Ode to a Timelord
by The Thinker
The Doctor, a Timelord, brave bold and smart
He loved to journey, he loved to adventure
A machine he had, TARDIS be its name
He took it for a spin one day, a fault came to his dismay.
Travel he did do, for a year or two
With a grandaughter named Susan, and a planet named Earth
One day he stayed, til two teachers came
Suddenly, they were whisked away
He did meet the Daleks, the Earth they did invade
Susan then left the old man, damn!
Years he travelled, monsters he met
Exiled to Earth, then a vet
The Cybermen, the Yeti, the terrors he met
Yet nothing prepared him, for Mel!
Soon he became weary, the Time War did happen
He quickly met Rose Tyler, then lost her again
The bodies he used, day in day out
Now regenerate he did do, number 10, phew!
His life a shamble, as he fell into some brambles
Oh Sorry, I forgot
I DON'T DO ENLIGHTENMENT!
Twas the ballard of the Doctor, twas it not?
Comments anyone?
