Hi,
I saw JJPOR and Primsong talking about this forum elsewhere once before, but this time JJPOR included the name as well as the revelation that you lot had made him write Three chained to Naked!Ten with cake fic, so really... I had to come and have a look. So here I am, all nervous. (Hello!)
I am fond of all eras (yes, really), but Seven was my childhood Doctor, so I love him best no matter what, but the other 9 are pretty good, too.
And, of course, hoping that the most important question of all will be answered: Was it chocolate cake, and did Evelyn bake it?

I'm not sure about the cake in JJ's story, but the cake that goes around this forum was certainly all baked by Evelyn.
...
Hullo again and welcome to the forums! I've been wondering for ages why you haven't been here yet... DbyA is so where all the cool kids hang out *nods*
Very nice mix-mash of classic and new, with a bit of confectionery craziness thrown in when you aren't looking.

Heh.
*thinks hard* Did you just call my cool by implication? That makes the second time in my whole life.
What has come over me?
I hope you don't work Evelyn too hard with the cake-making.
(I haven't yet written a cake-related story, but can at least offer an ice-cream planet with choclate monsters. At last I know which part of space they can be found in, thanks to jjpor.)

Welcome to DbyA Spook! It's nice to see you here, after trading posts over on DW100 occasionally. We have lots of fun here, and even though we all love different Doctors and companions we rarely throw baked goods at each other. Really . . . it's rare.

*flails about ala Kermit the Frog* Yaaaaaay! You're here! What took you so long?
I think you'll find plenty of folks here you already know, so make yourself comfy and at home. This is a Good Place.
I would tell you that my favorite Doctor is Three, but I would lay odds that you've already figured that out previously - nonetheless I cannot completely break with traditional pigeonholing of ourselves for the sake of the sanity of newer members, so I'll state my favorite Doctor is...uh, Three. Heh.
Of course Two, Seven and One are all in that pile as well, they just don't have ruffles. And a cool car. And capes. And UNIT. Well, okay...Seven sort of had UNIT, and One and Two did toy with capes occasionally, but (blather blather blather fandom blather).
Welcome!

Hi! I am Newton. I am always on the cbox. Love to chat, not a hard core WHO fan like the others, but what ever. Hi! Have some of the cake my mum got me.

Hiya Spook! I saw you in the other thread so I reckon you know my theories on the Doctor and potato chips, however like Prim, I shall briefly restate them.
I'm Merry (mad as in nutter not angry) and Four was my first, but I refuse to have a favourite, though I like Seven, Ten, Four and Five, I also like Six and grudgingly admit to THree's charm even when he isn't chained to a nekkid!Ten covered in cake *wink*.
At any rate, welcome aboard! Can't wait to see you about the place.
Oh and JJ, next time you go about bringing us bajillions of new members let us know so we can spruce up the place for guests, lol.

*flails about ala Kermit the Frog* Yaaaaaay! You're here! What took you so long? Thanks. Watch you don't do yourself an injury, there! And because mysterious people said things like "when Primsong said on a forum the other night" all mysterious and anonynmous, how did I know where to go? And all right, so Clocket had a link on her Teaspoon, but me of little brain here you know. And, wait, your favourite Doctor is Three? And here was me thinking it was Peter Cushing.

Welcome to DbyA Spook! It's nice to see you here, after trading posts over on DW100 occasionally. Yes, indeed. I like your drabbles very much. (And, I'm going to complain - I thought there were constant cake fights or something, or you just had a ham-fisted bun vendor. Still, that sounds a lot less messy.

I like that - were Seven not my only childhood Doctor I think I would refuse to choose between them. My idea of listing them in order of favourites is more of making them move up and down a line and feeling so bad for the one at the end I have to write fic for him. (Note that I've written a lot of fic involving Three! )

Hi! I am Newton. I am always on the cbox. Love to chat, not a hard core WHO fan like the others, but what ever. Hi! Have some of the cake my mum got me. Hello & thank you. I love virtual cake. It has no calories and I can actually eat it even when I haven't made it myself. (In the real world, this is very rare).

It is indeed...
I sort of thought the cake in the story was that really sickly sort of Victoria sponge, baked by the Master himself, just because the idea of Delgado pottering around in a chef's hat going "Hmm....a little more sugar, I think...he likes lots of sugar..." amuses me inordinately.
But yes, all of our virtual cake, both for eating and projectile purposes, is Evelyn-approved, so you needn't worry on that count.
And welcome to the boards! You already know my tastes in Whodom, and if I slip you an envelope full of crumpled used notes, will you please not reveal them to all of my forum-mates who think I'm all cool and stuff?? ;D

This would, I think, be very beneficial information for me when it comes time to repay my student loan...

Hello! IM I'm. I'm IM. I'm one of the people here that doesn't know you, but hopefully that will change.
...I feel like I have to start some anti-cake backlash. I like cake, it's just my inner sense of rebellion. *hands out carrot sticks* Anyone?

And, wait, your favourite Doctor is Three? And here was me thinking it was Peter Cushing. Ah, Peter C.... he of the stunningly epic cheekbones of awesomeness! Someone should write him a fic, but he should stay clothed and not be chained to anyone in particular. Just sayin'.

I knew writing all that Torchwood would take its toll in the end. And LOVE the vision of Delgado Master cooking. He would, too. I expect he was disappointed not to have some compliments on the quality from the ungrateful recipients.

Carrot sticks I can do in real life as well. I don't know everyone, but, you see, I have been a Teaspooner for a while now. Oh. Wait. It seems Mel's eaten them all.

lostspook... Hi. I often abbreviate my remarks because of a nasty eye difficulty, so it's not that I don't want to say more. Anyway, I'm a classic Who fan, mostly of Four/Three, but 5-7 also. So what name are you listed under on Teaspoon? I didn't find any mention of you under your name here. I noticed a comment about Leela fanfic, and I always seek any out that I can find.

Magnus, I know you well, you black-hearted 51st C villain, Butcher of Brisbane and all. I did say somewhere, but I don't think (very unhelpfully) I said it here, I'm known as vvj5 on Teaspoon and you have read and reviewed many a fic of mine, very kindly. Especially my strange AU Leela fics! Are things getting better at all? I know you've said mentioned this before in passing.

Hi vvj5... welcome! I half-thought you were already a member here but that I kept forgetting which one. I'm not sure if it's a good thing to find out that what I thought I was forgetting I never really knew in the first place. There may be a pause or break in any new crises for me, so that I can go back to trying to get other things done, like making doctor appointments and sleeping. I skipped sleep completely last night, so I'm not doing well there.
You're not from 51st century Brisbane, are you? If you are, I could say I'm really sorry, but why lie, I'd do it all over again if I didn't have to devote all my time to trying to stop my face from melting.
