say, does anyone here remember the Animorphs? That fantastic scholastic book series about alien fighting, animal-morphing teenagers that EVERYONE read during the 90s and has now dropped off the face of the Earth? You know, the ones with the cool flippy animations in the corners of the pages? Well... I just found The Best website in the EVAH! It has all of the books from the Animorphs series (in PDF form, and alas, without the flippy animations), as well as two other series by the same author. And it has all of the episodes of the dodgy so-bad-it's-almost-good-but-not-quite Animorphs TV show. I just spend the last half-hour re-living my childhood and laughing my rear off at young Ice Man's baaadddd acting, and the fantastic "this is an alien, not a puppet, and this is also an alien... it is in no way shape or form a horse that we have painted blue" SFX. oh Animorphs, how I loved you. animorphsforum.com/ebooks/

it was so bad... so very, vey bad. It's actually kind of amazing how bad it was. The books were decent though, well, up until around book 40 or so... when it started getting very strange. You should give them a read.
I loved Tobias so much, and Ax, and Marco. And I wanted to *be* Cassie. It was good times.

Funny, I was thinking about these books like today, or yesterday.

I loved Animorphs when I was a kid. I remember in fourth grade, I pooled together all my money and looked for change under the sofa cushions and stuff so I'd have enough to buy one at the book fair; it was the one where Cassie turns into a horse and I still have it. But yeah, Animorphs is pretty awesome; I'll have to check out that website.
