I need a little help here. I'm writing a Seven/Ace story but I need a guest appearance with Hex (begining or end most likely) and I know nothing about the character. Think someone could maybe throw some diolouge at me or give a character summary?

I'll try and get him in there. =) Maybe at the end on how the story is coming out...

Eh, any Seven and Ace fic is good by me, Hex is just the icing on the cake!

Point out to me how fatally I am mistaken please, but isn't Hex from The Greatest Show In the Galaxy? Is she the sort-of goth girl? Maybe she turns out to be sort of vampirical? I have certain difficulties in the area of memory, as if I really need to point that out.
TGSITG is a Sylvester that I have yet to come to grips with fully. Yes I talk funny, what of it? Anyway, it's a story that has had a peculiarity that is interesting to me, but I have always been slightly on the startled side to hear that it's a respected story to a fair number of people. Maybe the fact that it was videotaped in a few tents (out in the parking lot?) because the BBC had stopped 'filming' at its London studios prejudiced me against it, unless I got that wrong.
This does sound suspiciously similar to the story concerning the fourth Star Trek film, that whale thing, where they filmed a scene out in the studio parking lot. I still think I'm onto something with the TGSITG filming circumstances though.

The Hex which Star is inquiring after is an audio character, a random male nurse from Liverpool with a backstory which... oddly enough, does include vampires. He ends up kind of coupling with Ace, or at least in MY fannon he ends up coupling with Ace. I've only heard one story with him... and read a good deal of fic.
You aren't entirely wrong though Magnus, because I'm pretty sure there was a werewolf girl in Greatest Show named Hex.
Filmed in the parking lot eh? It sounds like something they would do. I know that in that Star Trek movie with the whales there's one scene where... I don't remember who, two crew members, are asking random passer-byers th way back to their ship and the passer-bys are like WTF? because, apparently, those were real-life passer-byers who had no idea what was going on.

Yeah, Greatest Show in the Galaxy was indeed partly filmed in a circus tent erected in the BBC carpark; I think there may have been a strike taking place or something like that that stopped them from using the normal facilities. It's a story that I've always liked, while acknowledging that it could make more sense, and does get a bit close to magic at times; I enjoy its quirkiness, the strange characters, Seven (who doesn't seem as on top of the situation as he normally did in Seasons 25-26, which makes a change) doing conjuring tricks and things like that. I think the creepiness of clowns is overrated, but these clowns are good value, especially when driving round in a hearse chasing people for some reason. As far as I recall, the character in question is called Mags and is apparently some sort of werewolf; I remember being terrified by her transformation at the end of one of the episodes as a nipper. It isn't quite as scary now, but those are some big pointy teeth she has there...
I'll confess to being a bit remiss in my audio following; I don't think I've heard any of the ones with Hex in them, which is something I should probably remedy, what with him being one of "my people" and all. I have read some fic with him in, and he seems like a very engaging character, and it illustrates what we were saying on another thread about a three-person TARDIS crew providing a very different dynamic to when it's just Doctor+companion.

Greatest Show isn't one of the greatest episodes of the show (ha! see what I did there? Oh, never mind...) but I do enjoy it. I regard it the way I do the majority of S25 - transitioning from one of the worst seasons of the show to one of the best, and seeming utter fluff and ridiculousness on the surface while more interesting ideas are brewing underneath.
I've only heard one Hex audio as well and he didn't have a lot to do in it, but I liked him well enough. I would definitely listen to more and I would recommend other people did so because Philip Olivier seems to need the money. Have you seen any photos of him? Big Finish obviously isn't paying the poor guy enough to buy any clothes.

Big Finish obviously isn't paying the poor guy enough to buy any clothes. you made me innocently type his name into google, thinking that you meant... that he had bad clothes or something, I wasn't expecting... palm!face this is like 70s pr0n Colin all over again, except... it isn't Colin...and now I'm going to be getting very different mental pictures when listening to those audios. hmm.. just goes to show the hidden power of audios because I always pictured him as kind of scrawny and emo-like, and... not that. ... Who has the brain bleach?

Ah, very sorry about that, I should have specified it was NSFW. He's not exactly my type, I'll admit (too, erm, sculpted), but surely he's not as bad as SPC, though?
The fun thing about audios is that he could be naked the entire time and we would never know. I'm not sure if I mean the character or the actor, either.

here clocket!: ( i just knew saving that would come in handy) I am sadly horrifically behind in my audios, as in like ALL of them. I have no idea where to start and am easily overwhelmed, feel free to aid me in my quest to remedy this travesty. as for naked man, nothing to complain about, though I prefer the scrawniness that tends to be nerd/hippie/starving artist associated.
