So everyone else seems to have made a new thread to introduce themselves, so I thought I would to.
Anyway, Hi, this is me. I'm a Nu-Who fan, because I've never been given access to the Classics. Companions would be Jack, Mickey, s1/2 Rose, and Donna, in that order. I also adore Wilfred Mott, because he is pwnsome.
I live in my own TARDIS in the interwebs, lurk on various sites, including Teaspoon (whofic), LiveJournal, YouTube, deviantArt and a couple of others. I attempt to write, and people seem to like it. I'm also very chatty. I should probably mention that...
But hai thar anyway.

Greetings! It's always nice to say a new face. I'll warn in advance that this is a bit of a Classic-biased forum (with a bit of a Three-bias on top of that, lol) but we also love, love, love the NuWho because it's all just one big wonderful THING isn't it?
If you've an interest in the Classic (which is verily awesome) I can perhaps... *shifty eyes* well, pm me. I'm good at helping people out on that front.

NuWho fan? *narrows eyes* Keep walkin', stranger... No; I kid! I jest! Hi there and welcome to the boards. I like to think that we have a fairly broad church here, with lots of friendly people who like Who in all of its various incarnations (although there are a lot of Three fans about; keep an eye on them...) and nobody flaming each other or trying to force their opinions on each other as you perhaps get in some less friendly places. I mean, they put up with my deranged rantings... And, er, yeah; if you're, well, curious about oldschool Who, Clocket may well be able to sort you out, as they say. *glances furtively around* Yes. I also adore Wilfred Mott, because he is pwnsome. He is that.

Hello karma cookies! I'm glad Clocket can help. ahem ahem, with the OldWho... but when I started to say so just then I sprained my eyes from darting them back and forth shiftily. Ow!!
I go back to the prehistory days of DW fandom. Literally, I'm going back there next week and coming back yesterday. Clearly, I think I'm funny or something. I apologize abjectly.

Hello there. New series fans are exciting 'cause there's so much more out there still to see. Um, no pressure, haha. Chattiness is a good thing, most of us are the chatty type. Have fun!

I laughed at this. In our video parodies there were two fan characters who once spazzed out in a fannish way so much (I think over missing footage from Shada) that they exploded.

Well, I remember when we were being told to face reality, and accept that no copies of any more missing stories were ever going to found, too much time had passed... then they found Tomb of the Cybermen! It was behind a file cabinet at the BBC offices in Hong Kong, I think, no joke...
