er... well, I brought this up before, and I might just go through with it. Maybe. Though my voice is high and nasal and utterly unable to make accents (eeps!)
though I can do a fairly convincing impression of Mel screaming.
so, do I make your ears bleed and go forward?
(if yes, I take no responsibility for any deafness caused by my actions; you can blame JJPOR)

You carry on, Clocket. I'm sure the end result won't be quite as bad as you say.

cp-- I could not possibly toy with someone else's embarrassment, so I yield to your judgment, except to say that taking this sort of thing too seriously can deprive a person of fun. I actually did my attempt at an English accent when doing parody Four, and if I'd known actual English people would eventually see it, I'd never have done it, but often the right decision is just to say, what the hell...

Why not? Sounds like a bit of good fun, just make sure you DO have fun with it.

I wouldn't listen to them, but I don't really read comments that people make when watching an episode. If it is really something you don't want to do (which sounds like so) then I say no. Why not try one and see if you like doing them and get peoples reactions.

Aye, I probably will (I just like to whiffle around a bit before doing anything, and, you know, flaunt my inferiority complex for all it's worth... oh dear, I'm Ten XD XD XD) anyways, I've downloaded a shareware program that changes the pitch of your voice and other unique effects, so now I'm fiddling with that (quite fun, quite fun) As for Magnus, Actual English people?!?!? you mean they exist O.o I jest anyway, I've sat through enough bad renditions of Canadian accents by now to feel slightly justified in mangling someone else's dialect (seriously? what is up with that whole 'oot and aboot' thing??? NO ONE talks like that!) wot wot, cheerio

Well, Clocket old gel, as a genuine English type person who speaks the jolly old Queen's English, I'd advise you to bally well forge ahead with this undertaking forthwith, what?
Seriously, did you think anyone was going to vote "no" on this, presented with the possibility of hearing you horribly humiliate yourself doing funny voices?! (Actually, I see one person has; they are a better human being than I!) ;D
Seriously, it sounds like a fun thing to do; I'd do it, if I had more get up and go about me (did do, back in my "kerrazzyy" student days!). So I'd say, go for it, if you're going to have fun doing it, and I for one can't wait to hear you mangling my mother tongue and doing Mel-style screams *orders earplugs online*
Oh, and people, whatever Clocket says, I won't be held responsible for any deafness, auditory bleeding etc; don't make me post some sort of legal disclaimer as my siggy. ;D

"Seriously, did you think anyone was going to vote "no" on this, presented with the possibility of hearing you horribly humiliate yourself doing funny voices?!" good point, lol. *scratches head* what WAS I thinking??? you will be held responsible though *nods* for um... you will be. anyway, you'll have to wait until I get back to school and my fast connection probably, just because I'm not sure how long uploading something will take on this slow old line, and also because I've found this awesome site www.freesound.org with all these neat sounds you can download. So, though the funny voices might be sketchy beyond belief there might be some interesting background ambience to make up.

Freesound sounds amazing. I've always, always wanted to do voices. In a better life I might have a few under my belt by this point.
