I had no idea that ANYONE in Peterbourgh even knew about the Doctor... but, I was looking for my anthro show on the radio website and instead I found people discussing DW and TW. Very strange. The woman is glushing over John Barrowman. It's slightly awkward. They are now talking about DT dating Georgina Moffat... the host for some strange reason thinks that this is why DT is taking a year off... And now they're talking about Steven Moffat... Okay, so they HAVE seen Classic Who. Haha, he's making fun of RTD Oh dear, he pronounces it Galley-Fae O.o And they're refering to him as "Doctor Who" Oh noes, WHY ARE THEY DISCUSSING THE RANI? ? Ha applause for the woman, she's looking on the wiki and realises that DT is doing Hamlet. yep... and now it's degenerating into a RTD vs. Moffat thing LOLZ they're playing a techno DW theme!! This was random. I must find these people and nerd with them.

Not only is it local, but I've got the show right before these guys! I found them 'cause I was looking for our show after we finished with the recording. ;D

No, that's why; the Hamlet thing is just a smokescreen; in fact, he's hiding from Davison. Never, ever cross Davison, as people don't say. As for glushing over Barrowman, people should stop doing that - it'll only encourage him. ;D So, Clocket - does this mark the beginning of a meteoric media career for you? When you're famous, can we all say that we once traded messageboard banter with you, back when it all began?

I wish the radio had let me listen. I think my version of windows media player is too old. When you are super famouse I am going to be all like "Yeah, not only did I go to the same school as her, I was like her BFF on this online forum." .... Ok so I don't go to your school ... yet and I am not your BFF. *shifty eyes*
I should change my icon to David Tennant yelling "HELP!" xD

In fact, I might summon my meager photoshop skillz and wrestle with my freeware editing program to make that siggy for you. Because such things much be seen. Alas, I doubt I will become famous on Trent radio, in fact, my current happiness is that no one listens to Trent radio so no one heard me making caveman noises into the mike and making bad jokes about Homo Errectus and Lake Titicaca (which drains into Lake Poopo if you're interested. Seriously. What are the odds of that?? XDD ) Yeah... though, apparently a lot of people from the UK have listened to TR, as recorded by the site's 'number of people from different countries who have listened to our live internet stream' thing. My thought is that they were looking for Peterborough UK radio and got confused. Otherwise... O.o

www.trentu.ca/org/trentradio/listen to the live stream. the next airring of the anthro show (I may or may not be on it as I'm not a main host) will be on the 14th at four. The random DW people should be on that same day at six.

Cool thanks! Perhaps I shall hear "the great voice of the mighty Clocket". And when you say four... what time zone are we talking?

Post by clocketpatch on Oct 2, 2008 5:08:24 GMT
We are talking eastern standard time
also, my voice is crap for radio, oh for the voice of Tom... though, given that I'm not a dude that would be a bit frightening.
er...
yeah.
also, if you listen, there's a little thingy where you can type in messages to the person talking. *g* but don't call me Clocket on it... cause... One, I might not be there (lol), Two, other people would be in the booth too... O.o

Thank you. I'm fond of it as well. How about... I telephone the station and say, "Excuse me, hullo there, my name is Aldebaran. I'm looking for God. I think she helps you run the radio station here... um... you know. She's doctor-who-obsessed, drinks diet water and fancies dead actors with big noses. *click* Hello? Hello? ..........?"

Oh... well in that case, I think my intro would be more like...
"Hullo? This is God. I'm looking for Clocket. She helps you here at the station. She's tall, doctor-who-obsessed, and fancies dead actors with big noses. Could you get her for me? Oh! And would you like a jelly baby, Professor Clocket's Professor?"

The random DW people should be on that same day at six. This intrigues me. I may have to take my laptop and a pair of headphones to the library that day and have a listen while I do my physics.
