I just had to say Blink is a great episode.

An absolute fantastic episode. I love Steven Moffatt's writing and have thoroughly enjoyed ALL his Who stories to date.
The statues have to be one of the most scariest Who monsters ever. Just loved the way they moved when someone turned round or blinked etc.
And as for Sally Sparrow.... why isn't she a companion with the Tenth Doc. She beats poor old Martha hands down!
My rating: 10/10.
Next year Mr Moffatt is back to writing a two part story..... HOOOOOOORAY!!

I just recently saw Blink with Tjalys, Kit, and Zoaldyeck and it was an excellent episode, but I don't think Sally Sparrow is better than Martha though everyone has their own opinions.

Blink was absolutely brilliant! I think Sally would have made a good companion, she was an interesting character.
Anyone care to share theories on what exactly the Doctor and Martha were going to do at the end?

Giant lizrds....is what I gathered but why bows and arrows...

This was absolutely amazing, and Moffat deserves to be made king for the day or something.
Also, I liked this line (paraphrased slightly): "This is my timey-wimey device. It goes bing when there's stuff."

I think 'Blink' is currently the best episode of this series. Whoa! Just brilliant!

When he's outside the shop he says something like: Weddings are tricky my own especially.
Does that mean he is/was/will be married?

Well, he is/was a grandfather, though I don't think Time Lords have the same sort of marriage ritual as humans... Or he could have been referring to 'seeing' his own wedding in Family of Blood, but technically that wasn't the Doctor at the time.

Mouth drops. I think I'm gonna be scared of statues for life, and I loved the bits of real science brought in. By some weird coincidence I was reading this book called Quantum Zoo just before watching the episode (yes, you can applaude the nerdiness). My friend looked at me reeaally weird when I turned to her and said the angels had schizophrenic atoms. I really want a ball of wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimy stuff. How does Moffat think of such great one-liners and such amazing plots? I wish he wrote more than one story a season.

I think Steven Moffatt should take over from Russell T Davies.. his version of Dr Who would be FANTASTIC!
