I really enjoyed the last and the first two are a bit serious but not in a bad way. I need to thank you, though, LM, as you've inspired me to take out an old fic and toy with it again, thanks!

The one with K-9 is really pretty good! Well done - and hahaha, I love the stick-men.... it's a time-hiccup short story, all on one page and they're surprisingly recognizable. :-D

The stick men are all so recognizable! I love Seven, and Nine (he's so plain lol) and Eleven and his perpetual fez... it's going to end up like Two's hat that fez; it only gets worn once or a handful of times at the most but it's the image that everyone gets.
Four with K-9 is really good. I'm always jealous of people who can properly add colour to a pencil sketch.

merrythemad - I'm flattered! I must say that if you let that fic see the light of day (which I dearly encourage), I need to see it. Also: stick men will conquer. That is all. primsong - Thanks! I was worried about the face, because heaven help me he's got these exaggerated features that I can't get a proper capture on with a pencil. Maybe a little more practise and it'll be easier to tell it's him. (I had an idea a while back to do a Doctor Who stick person comic in a better organised style, something along the lines of this, though with the definite article rather than simply a doctor of medicine - but I never got round to it cos it's not that I'm lacking in ambition; I'm just terribly lazy.) clocketpatch - Huzzah! Glad they were able to be told apart; I know, Eleven's fez was an afterthought that went awry - I thought, goodness, Two's got a bowtie and the suspenders look a little like a breastplate and, my word, I'm terrible at hair, even on stick people. So Perpetual Fez it must be. (Sounds like a brilliant name for a rock band, even so.) And thank you all for tolerating my penmanship. <3

Heh - loving Four's scary grin in the K9 picture - the other one's good too - I think I know the photo it's based on. And the stick men are excellent - Seven and his umbrella! ;D I think Clocket's right about the fez - it's become a meme or something among Who fans, far out of all proportion to its actual screen time. ;D

I prefer the stick figures myself. ;D Also - yes, a weakness for the fez. I'm caught. I can't help it!

Speaking of the fez... I've really got to get some good caps of Seven and Ace wearing it. I've also got a frame from one of the DW magazine comics with Eight in a fez. It's a thing. Seriously.

Eight in a fez? You're right, the thing has taken on a life of its own - it's now travelling backwards in time as well as forwards!

#1: Am I crazy, or is there some Eccleston in there?
#2: Mysteriously maniacal Tom...! What's he going to do to me that he dare not let K9 see?

magnusgreel - There just might be. I've looked at the portrait a few times after I walked away from it and I think that maybe the Doctors were regenerating rapidly and cyclically in my mind while I was drawing it ... it could be much much better. We'll pretend Four was having a timey-wimey mental crisis w/his future self at the time the portrait was done ... xD
And re: maniacal Tom - he will gnaw upon your head until you become sad (K-9, naturally, does not approve, as he is the only sketch that came out right). Actually, I have no idea. But it's an interesting thought ... !

Magnus, I hadn't previously interpreted the K9-eye-covering gesture in quite that way...but now I am deeply disturbed by it...
