Look at the hairdo on Pertwee! ;D
He was in quite a few British comedy films and the like back in the day...mind you, so was Hartnell. Hartnell was also in things like Brighton Rock and Hell Drivers, gritty b&w crime films. And Carry On Sergeant, of course.
