I didn't even see it at first. just sort of brushed its tentacles with my hand. The Potato King should totally be the next new DW villain. It's definitely an alien malevolence!

I wonder why that sort of thing is scary. I mean, it is, but... seemingly inanimate objects silently "behaving" when you least expect it.... something insidious about that....
I will plead and weep for the Doctor's life with the King of the Potato People, but I am afraid that it will all be in vain.

Hahaha, the BBC should totally use the Potato King as a monster.
You know, the sad thing is that's not even all that bad as far as sprouting potatoes go, and it still scares me to death when I think of it as coming to life.

You know that reminds me of a joke the writers of a newsletter of my college dorm came up with with the the King of the Squirrels, who became a highly advanced and intelligent being after being exposed to high levels of sugar and coke from dropped candy and coke cans. *giggle* He demanded we give him all our M&Ms and sweets. The scary thing was if you see the squirrels on our campus and how they act you'd really believe they were smart and cunning. I mean, they will steal people's food and like to suddenly jump out of garbage cans to scare people and then run off with any dropped food. They're intelligent I tell you! Hahaha, the BBC should totally use the Potato King as a monster. You know, the sad thing is that's not even all that bad as far as sprouting potatoes go, and it still scares me to death when I think of it as coming to life.
