Or, known by the alternate title of "Here's a Doctor, there's a Doctor, and a bloody lot of Doctors".
This is what I have planned:
The old Cybermen resurface, and capture the Doctor, so they can use his brain to overcome any problem (especially the Cybus Cybermen). Right before this happens, the Doctor shoves Amy and Rory back into the Tardis, which dematerializes and reappears.... nowhere.
Amy mourns the loss of the Doctor, but as she weeps, she hears a kind voice say "Oh you musn't worry about me, my dear. I'm quite a good judge of character!"
Amy looks up, and sees *drumroll* the Third Doctor!
As it turns out, the Tardis kept detailed records of each iteration of the Doctor; personality, memories, and their various strengths and weaknesses, just in case the Doctor was captured by a force such as the Daleks or Cybermen, and needed to jump in and save him (she's a wonderful girl, the Tardis). Trouble is, she can only display each Doctor holographically, and needs Amy and Rory's hands to actually program the controls and pilot the Tardis. Furthermore, due to negligence on the Doctor's part, the necessary circuits are missing and absent-mindedly scattered about the Tardis. With the first ten Doctors as their guide, Amy and Rory must undertake a magical mystery tour of the Tardis, wind back the clock, and save the Doctor before the Cybermen destroy everything.

I rather like the concept - it sounds like a fun read. Good luck with it!
