Sec: The Cult of Skaro. Ignoring the Police! Pre-existing the United Nations! Beyond the Emperor! Arming the Dalek race against Humanity and the Doc-tor! Because the 1930s is when it all changes and you must be ready!
Series Synopsis
1: Everything Changes.
A beat cop spots the Cult of Skaro hanging out in an alleyway. Later, the cop discovers the Cult's base. He is exterminated by Sec.
2: Day One.
A gaseous alien comes to Earth to feed on the orgasmic energy of humans. The Cult of Skaro agree that what the universe needs is less humans and let it carry on. Later, they synthesise the pheromones that the alien uses to incite sexual response. Dalek Thay makes veiled hints about bottling it and selling it.
3: Ghost Machine.
The Cult discover evidence that a familiar hobo is a rapist, haunted by the guilt of his crime. The man exists in a hell of waking nightmares which even vast amounts of alcohol cannot dull.
The Cult discuss it a bit and let him live. Sec makes a point of reminding the harrowed man of his guilt whenever he can.
4: Cyberwoman.
Sec discovers that Dalek Caan has been keeping a partially cyberconverted human in the basement. Caan insists that he be allowed to keep the creature, but it breaks loose and entirely fails to threaten the Cult. Dalek Sec verbally savages Caan, who makes his apologies by exterminating the cyberwoman before it all gets out of hand.
5: Small Worlds.
The Cult have taken an interest in a small child, which they believe may be unusually intelligent and gifted. Intending to exploit the child they are initially foiled by a group of extradimensional creatures that corespond to the human myth-figures known as Faeries.
The Cult determine they will not allow such creatures to interfere and there is a confrontation. The Faeries turn their elemental powers on the Daleks, who shrug off the weather and turn their extremely efficient guns on the Faeries.
6: Countrycide.
While on a Cult-Building exercise in rural New York State, the Cult stumble across a group of cannibals who harvest travellers and eat them. The Cult see no harm in humans exterminating each other, but when the cannibals attempt to steal their transport the Daleks are left with no choice but to exterminate every last cannibal and raze their village to the ground.
7: Greeks Bearing Gifts.
An alien refugee attempts to strike up a relationship with Dalek Jast. Jast exterminates her.
8: They Keep Exterminating Suzie.
The Cult discover a human who cannot die. They reduce this human to a thick, living, organic sludge and sift it to see if there's a genetic reason for this ability. When it turns out there isn't and the Daleks cannot apply the mysterious power to themselves they find ever more eccentric ways to dispose of the rapidly regrowing human.
9: Random Shoes.
The Cult are haunted by the persistant spirit of a human they have recently exterminated. They neither notice nor care.
10: Out Of Time.
Three Daleks are deposited in New York by a freak rift in time. The Cult take them in and attempt to acclimate the Daleks to their new surroundings. However the newcomers want to conquor and destroy. Sec, Caan and Thay are forced to exterminate them after their intentions risk attracting the attention of the Doctor.
11: Combat.
The Daleks discover that there is a secret society who wrestle the albino alligators that live in the sewers, headed by a visionary zealot who espouses combat with dangerous creatures as the best way to reconnect with your identity and masculinity. Intrigued, Dalek Jast inflitrates this group and becomes King of the Cage in just under four minutes by exterminating absolutely all of the alligators and people.
12: Captain Jack Harkness.
The Cult are discovered by a pilot, who runs away. The Cult do not pursue him, having accessed Torchwood's historical records in the 21st century they are aware he dies in 1941 and seem content to let that happen.
13: End of Days.
