If primsong and I fight over who's older, doesn't the loser win?

Well who ever is oldest wins. Now depanding on how see you old age, you may freak out and feel like you have lost since you are 'old'. I see old people as wise and bored of life because they did everything.

I meant that the youngest will probably have more stamina in our cane duel, therefore the winner of the duel loses and is proclaimed ubergeezer.

How did you win? You're not the youngest. I win because of my mind powers: I can explode a watermelon at 50 feet! (or, at least, make it vibrate slightly... if you look closely... IT IS VIBRATING!! I SWEAR!!! IT IS YOU CLOSED MINDED MUDKIPPER!!!)

Come to think, "comedian" Gallagher did it with a sledgehammer, and that provided him with a living...

... I see old people as wise and bored of life because they did everything. *thwacks cane randomly to prove possession of abiding and great wisdom just like One* whack whack whack whack! But er...bored? Done everything? 0_o Is that possible? Maybe Magnus and I can both be Ubergeezers, then we can start the Ubergeezers Club and charge younger people for the privilege of basking in our wisdom.

I missed that remark of Newton's somehow the first time around. I've basically done nothing, the condition saw to that, so maybe that's why my age is astonishing to me, that and other reasons. Technically I'm exactly in the middle of what's supposed to be middle-age. It's not a happy subject because there's something about the nature of the this medical thing of mine that makes time speed by, so I've lost an alarming amount of time in life. That one's hard to explain.
Oops, sorry about getting us this far off-topic on someone else's hello thread.

Hi Silvacat!
I joined after you, but haven't met you yet. The ubergeezer debate in this thread cracked me up, because I am probably the "geezeriest geezer" here now.
I am from the US, and came to DW through New Who. I am slowly catching up on classic Who and having a ball. My favorite Doctors (in no particular order) are 4,5,9 and 10, but I do like something about all of them.

Real Life is overrated. It's also a real time-sucker. :-P

People do not understand real life and how great it really can be. I guess I am the only one who really truely loves real life.

Nah, I love my RL. Except when it gets annoying and swamps me with work and laundry and uninvited parents. Sheesh. I love them to piece but they don't take hints!

Glad to be back! I've been busy working on coursework and exams and stuff, but I'm planning to start work on making some banners for use on this site once exams are over, seeing as I've just got to grips with my cheap equivalent of Photoshop. Looking forward to getting properly involved in the forums! Had a bit of a false start last time. Silvacat
