Next Saturday, 12th May, I am going to Manchester to see my favorite Time Lord, Colin Baker, in a theatre production of Alan Ayckbourn's famous comedy "Bedroom Farce".
I am hoping that part of the day I shall be able to interview him so I was wondering if you have any questions that you would like me to ask on your behalf?
The questions don't have to be Dr Who based they can be about anything, however I would appreciate it if you could avoid the usual fan based questions like "What is your favorite monster?" or "What is your favorite story?" etc etc.
The main bulk of the interview is going to concentrate around the Big Finish audios and shall be published on my Smith & Smythe blog site during the week after.
So... over to you!

Oh! I have a question! 'Did you think Peri was as annoying and whiny as we think she was?' I'm sure I'll think of more later, but I have to go study for my AP test. ^^;

My question is also about Peri (hey, I'm writing a fic on her, this is front line research, or something) What happen to her after Trial of a Timelord? And what was up with her accent? Seriously?
And just for kicks, would a CGI Frobisher make a good TV companion? (Never listened to one of the penguin audios, but damn I want to. It's top of my list for Christmas)

We've had an email confirmation from Colin today that the interview is definately on so it should be happening at around 5pm on Saturday afternoon in Manchester.
Anyone else got any questions for him?

I just realised that today's the 14th, therefore, after the 12th. How'd it go?

It went very well thanks. I had about three hours with Colin and the interview happened about halfway through our meeting and lasted about 50 mins.
I had worked out the questions in advance and then printed them onto paper. Each question was then folded and placed in a Tardis tin. Colin then picked out each question at random and then answered them.
Unfortuntely the questions asked on here were not pulled out but we had a great session and Colin seemed to enjoy himself answering them.
What happens next is that I am going to type out the whole interview and then produce a fan publication with the profits going to the Cot Death Foundation charity that Colin supports.
When I've finished the typing I'll publish a few questions and answers on here as a sort of "exclusive" feature but it will take me a while to get this done so please allow a few weeks prior to anything going on here.
It was a very enjoyable afternoon and Colin is the perfect gentleman with a wicked sense of humour.
The day will stay with me for the rest of my life!
