I can see it That coat... well, it kind of grows on you. My friends and I have a running joke about it. Apparently Colin Baker wanted a black suit and the coat was foisted on him. That would have been a bit different.

The brolly (that word confuses me, it has a different meaning where I live) has been around for awhile. I've sighted it with Three and Four...
