All I can say is that I can see why he grew the beard! That is an exceptionally evil expression on his face there, though... ;D I'm a bit ashamed of how much time that took to photoshop... Well, it was obviously a labour of love LOL.

It frightens me how much he resembles Hannibal Lecter...

I was bored (very) and for some reason decided that I wanted to see what the Master looked like sans beard. obviously I currently have WAYYYY too much time on my hands... In your frenzy to remove the 'stache I think you ripped off that area between the nose and upper lip, whatever that's called... and yes, I'm thinking of fava beans and a nice chi anti right now.... That sounds critical, sorry. I was just commenting. Anyway, there must be photos of R Delgado in other roles without lip fur. I have an ancient Quatermass on tape with him in it, without it.

No, he was just making a very odd expression. His lp was visibly curled up like that in the picture. That said, I did realise mid0way through my photo-shopping that it would probably have been easier just to search for a beardless photo. Oh well.

and I would like to see more of Simm because, plot asside, he was verily awesome. Doubt Simm!Master will come back. I heard he really disliked all the fame he got once the Doctor Whos eps were bordcasted. I don't know if it is true, but if it is, I doubt he will want to come back. I love Simm. He must come back.

He did do a great job as the master. I am staying open minded about who will play the master, but I want him to come back.
The master without the stash.... that is a very scary picture. Good job!

You think I don't know a damn philthrum when I see one, Aldebaran? You know, I'm glad to know that, and I can't really defend my satisfaction. Thank you anyway. As for Simm, I think he burned brightly for a time, and now must walk backwards into the fog of DW past.

It's ludicrously hard to read body language over the 'net, so I don't know weather you were being gracious... or if you just snarled at me.

At least, that's what I assume for anything said on this forum. Life's just nicer like that.

Anyone who would actually get mad at someone else for thinking he doesn't know an obscure word like "philthrum" would be out of his mind. In fact, I dropped the joke then and went on to thank you for the word (seriously). Really, this is your kind of humor, I thought... sorry about the misunderstanding.

Don't worry about it Mangus, and let the humour continue! If we all go all deadly serious trying not to offend each other this forum would get real boring real fast! (that said... um... don't take my words as permission to start swearing or making personal attacks or anything, cause, not cool yeah?) lol
