It's not the only Who reference on the show, either. But I picked Stuart in Four costume because I was thrilled to see an explicitly Classic Who ref on a major (American, even) TV-show in these NuWho times.*
* And while I was looking for those clips, I discovered another Classic Who shout-out in House. I knew I liked you, Taub!
