"Spirit Week" at my son's school, when they have at theme for each day of the week, kicked off with Monday's "television or movie character" day. He didn't hesitate at all. I teach my children well, haha! Starflower came up with the idea of using a weird white furry hat for the hair, but we thought for a last minute scrounge for parts it came out somewhat recognizable. It anyone at his school knew classic Who, which I doubt - either way I expect he'll wear out the battery on my sonic. His take? "The guys won't get it, but the girls will love it!"

He just got home and reported three classmates recognized him, plus one of the teachers who stopped him in the hall to say "Tell me who you are!" and when he responded "Third Doctor" he got an emphatic "Yessssss! I knew it!" and a fist-bump of celebration.

Awesome! Go teachers!
I'm gearing up to give my silversmithing teacher a pictorial who's who of the nu-who doctors soon, when we go through my portfolio, as I think she's aware of them, but only kind of.

Very nice. At least he didn't have a 24 foot scarf to trip over...

The girls told him he would wear it to their formal at the end of the year. ("They didn't even ask me, the TOLD me.") You can't lose when you follow such style.
