I had two dreams where Ten showed up. He wasn't the main point, but in both dreams he came and saved me at the perfect moment. Both dreams had the same theme in plot too. O.o

Roger that. The duck is in the bush. Repeat, the duck is IN the bush!
I have vague recollections of UNIT rushing through a building I was dreaming about, one of those unexplained "soldiers dashing past, led by Benton" things... Nice to know they're on the job keeping all those unknown Bad Guys in my subconscious from getting away with overblown plots.

Okay, this is a bit of a spooky coincidence... I swear to your deity of choice that I am not making this up... I think I'd better spoiler this, even though it was my dream: * Right, so last night I dreamed that Matt Smith was playing football (soccer, for you non-UKians) for England in the World Cup. Yes, really.
And then, I was reading livejournal this evening, and someone poster a link to this:* SPOILER! www.youtube.com/watch?v=iOTYwj40cq0 SPOILER! * Spooky, huh, kids? It does, of course, beg the question of just what the blinking heck Eleven is doing playing footy in the park for what appears to be some sort of Sunday league side or pub team...
He was actually a better player in my dream - he takes those penalties pretty shockingly there, I'd say... ;D*

From what I understand that was the only reason he even got into acting.
* It's like watching Fivey's cricket scene from Black Orchid... only... it's not Fivey and he'd playing football. In other spoiler photos he's wearing his coat the whole time, which is hysterical. Wheee...*

Now, JJ, you just need to dream that DW starts, maybe we can have another spooky coincidence.

I'm working on it, Merry! ;D
I think I'd heard about the boy Smith's tragically curtailed sporting career, must be where the dream came from - but that doesn't explain just why he's doing what he's doing in the vid...
Have to say, I liked the little bit of rough stuff between him and the other guy, and the way he reacted to it - and his celebration at the end! ;D

So, I had a dream last night that involved Handy!blue suit Ten and Eleven... Amy was asking Handy if he was the Doctor, and Handy was all... "I'm not sure" and it was sad and tragic. It seemed like an enjoyable episode (yes, I dreamed that I was watching this on telly) but I do hope HOPE that it never actually happens, because, well... O.o Not until 2013 at least. But if we don't get a multi!Doc episode then I shall be heartily disappointed. And then there was the other dream I had where the characters from my original WIP somehow ended up in a Hogwarts-esque school and there was something about sentient wands. I just remember them having a 'train your wand lesson' and 'you can't teach an old wand new tricks' and then it all got weird... Yeah.. I don't do drugs, I swear.

I just dreamt that David Tennant came round my house, wanting to watch Vengeance on Varos. There wree also a lot of teenagers from church, and a potential issue with the plumbing, JJ was writing a Varo-related fic, and I turned out to be wearing pegs as hair-clips. I definitely need to get over the Varos-related ficathon entry and the iconage, clearly. A life, too. Although, I wasn't surprised or excited abot DT coming round, just amused. THe teenagers were curious, but just accepted it in their usual way. Erm. But why I was wearing pegs in my hair, I DON'T KNOW.

It's the hand of Fate telling you to start wearing pegs in your hair... you'll be the next fashion trend-setter and we'll all be reading about you in the fashion mags, you know it! ;-)

Besides, I have tried wearing pegs and / or crocodile clips attached to my clothes before and Vogue never took any notice at all. I can make sense of all the rest of the dream to some extent, but I can offer none whatsoever for the clothes pegs.

I wouldn't worry - they never take any notice of my efforts to push the fashion envelope either... ;D Varos fic, you say? Actually, I did see that but still haven't read it - I am very much behind with all of my various online communities etc, though, but I hope I will get around to reading it sooner rather than later...

Actually, I did see that but still haven't read it - I am very much behind with all of my various online communities etc, though, but I hope I will get around to reading it sooner rather than later... Well, it did occur to me a few days after I went YAY, nice prompt! that it would be the least in-demand of all the prompts there, so I'm not surprised it's been read by few. Even if I'd managed to write a stunning fic, which I didn't, the chances of even getting two very nice people to read it were slim. I don't blame anyone for that. I had fun with the distraction-y icons, anyway. Except for them being rubbish and no one bothering to tell me at least which ones were less/more rubbish when clearly I can use every hint/help I can get. (Hmm. I suppose it's one way to discourage me. Fair enough.) And in my dream, you were writing Varos fic and it was great. I don't know why I bother doing anything sometimes. Maybe that's what the pegs are about. Metaphor thingy for my life. I try, but it turns out all along I was wearing pegs instead of hair clips. I've decided to go a bit more mainstream this weekend and write fic that actually has the Doctor in it. ;D

I've read it, as I do with most of your fic, but I so rarely think of anything useful to say in a comment. Ummm... "Poor Peri"? Hopefully because you enjoy it (though in my case, it's frequently to get the ideas out of my head and it's relatively unimportant what happens afterwards). I suppose in the case of icons you could crosspost them to dwicons. For some reason, this brought to mind a snatch of dialogue from Yes, Prime Minister: Sir Humphrey: The Queen is inseparable from the Church of England. Jim Hacker: And what about God? Sir Humphrey: I believe He is what is known as an 'optional extra'.

I liked the icons!
Actually, I'm going to go over to the Teaspoon right now and read it, because I'm sure it's much better than you give yourself credit for.
Fic with the Doctor in it...? Why on Earth would you want to do something like that? ;D

Yes, sorry! I wasn't moaning quite as much as that sounded. Although last week, I probably would have. Well, mostly I do write because I enjoy it. Or I want to. Or have to, or burst, or something else messy, yes. I wanted to write that one, but it was hard going. I think it's because aged 17 I used Varos for a Media Studies project and watched it at least 6 times in a month. The resulting obsession with it is therefore one of my shameful secrets. Inadequate comments are fine. So are boring "I liked that" comments. Heh. Yes, Minister is definitely one of those things I should find a way to watch more of - I managed to find a second hand video last year, so have seen 3 episodes. More would be nice. Anyway, I said I wouldn't go fishing for compliments or begging for people to read my fic, but I'm not sure that didn't count as both. *cough*

I had this dream, and it was a coninuting dream, with a plot but side plots appeared and ending. The main plot was me trying to get to University for my first class but some how ending up in these odd foreign made up place.
one of the side plots was Ami treating Rory like crap and I kept telling him to leave her.
After a while, he comes back and he had left ami. i have this odd memory of us looking at a wall, being a monster or painting or something on that wall and we needed to figure out some mystery. He was a lovely chap, low self esteem, but we had a lovely time. I was sort of sad when he was gone again.
