Ground Rules (Jack / Amy, drabble)
] "Just so we're clear," Amy said, "I only do kissing. That's all. No kinky stuff. And no tongues."
Her client looked her up and down.
"You sure that nun's costume isn't for real?" he said.
Amy put her hands on her hips. "And what's that supposed to mean?"
"Thought I knew this century pretty well by now. A girl your age who won't do anything but kiss, that's pretty rare." He broke off as Amy dissolved into laughter. "Ah. You mean the kissing's all you do for money. The other stuff--"
"I'm... open to suggestions."
Jack clicked his fingers. "Gotcha." [

Oh, Jack... ;D
Still going strong I see - the Katarina/Martha one was actually pretty spooky. Looking forward to more...

*shudders* I didn't notice the Katarina/Martha one at first; that was frighteningly well done. And Amy/Jack, well, they would...

wow! Jack and Amy was fun and obvious and still REALLY well done, so well in spite of how obvious it was, it still catches you off guard, and the Katarina Martha one, FANTASTIC (and i dislike martha and don't even want to argue about her you did so well!)

Second Thoughts (Two / Ace, drabble)
]Ace hadn't been able to believe her luck. The bloke was a bit older than she was used to, yes, but somehow everything she admired. And he was even interested in making explosives!
They'd parted on good terms, and she'd been walking away, a spring in her step, when she'd heard the TARDIS engines and realised.
And now she was in the bathroom, wrenching at the taps, tearing off her clothes, scrubbing frantically at her body in desperation to remove every trace of the thing she'd done.
But she already knew there wasn't enough soap in the world for that.[

Okay, I'm going to do the non-written communication thing again in response to that:

I distinctly remember, last time this pairing came up, saying that Polly/Jamie was something I'd never write. The nearest I came was Losing Face, which is Michelle/Jamie (Michelle being an evil shapeshifter duplicate of Polly, from The Faceless Ones). Still, there's a first time for everything. Vindicta Nemo magis gaudet quam foemina (drabble, Polly/Jamie) ] "Polly?" Jamie looked up as she stormed into his room. No doubt that the lass was in a high temper. "What's the matter?"
"Ben's the matter, of course. Fooling around with that silly little barmaid!"
"The one with the blue hair?" To tell the truth, Jamie felt a certain sympathy with Polly. He'd had his eye on the girl himself, before Ben had swooped in and secured her. "Polly, what are ye doing?"
"There's a saying: 'Don't get mad, get even,'" Polly said.
"Are you thinking-- Lass, you'll regret this tomorrow."
Polly's dress slid to the floor. "Tomorrow's another day."

I was going to say, you found a way round it, as I recall, but I see you've mentioned it. ANd... EEK. *is seriously traumatised* Of course, it was all due to mass alien possession, followed swiftly by amnesia, I trust?

This is great. I mean, really weird and very much 'Oh, no, Polly!' but still great.
And no, making you a Cyberman was a great think! I look forward to becoming one myself. = ) I mean, I already talk like that sometimes and my room is very Cyberman-ed up, so I really should be one.

Oi, Polly! Ben might not quite believe that was her idea - he'll be getting even with Jamie poor lad...
I wrote up a mild little snatch for Eight/Jo this afternoon - just because the two of them would be strangely delightful. (rated G but I'll white it out anyway because it's fun to highlight things)
Eight Times better than Brazil
She was a little older and a little wiser in what risks she was willing to take with her life, or with her heart. He was a little older and wiser himself, and much in need of someone who could be there to lift his spirits, to bring him back to a joy of living, exploring.
And what a joy it had been, once more. How well they’d rediscovered now that the sweet spark had not been extinguished by the years. Together they were healed and renewed before a kaleidoscopic universe.
Besides, Jo had always loved the feel of velvet.

Aww, that was quite sweet, Primsong...
As for johne... Well, the phrase "so wrong and yet so right" springs to mind... Now I'm imagining Ben and Jamie having fisticuffs in the console room as Two wrings his hands in the background (being the unreconstructed sort of lads that they are - just as long as it doesn't come to knives, eh?)

Aww, Prim, that was great. I shall now officially insert this into my canon. And yes, that's how flimsy the support had to be for me to alter my canon. It is Doctor Who, you know. And did I catch a bit of Three/Jo referencing there at the end with that 'velvet' comment? Perhaps not, but I'll choice to see it anyway. And oh, Johne, must you really? I'm rather afraid to vote them off now. It's not something I want to see in the macabre.
