Well, it's either that or "Hecate! Hecate! Hecate!"
(which will mean nothing to you if you haven't seen K9 and Company...and if you haven't, well, don't feel too devastated about that... ;D)

Leave it to JJ to just happen to whip up some devastation on the side - goes well with the evil cackling and hand rubbing practice, but as long as it's only a little devastation with a side of shredded cabbage and tartar sauce I'm sure we'll survive it.

Ahh, well, anyone bringing cake to this forum will be immediately welcomed with open arms, which is of course, entirely different than what we do to those who dare to solicit our companionship sans cake...JJ STILL uses the last guy's femur to beat newbies senseless...but this won't happen to you, you brought cake!
Anyway, I'm Merry and I've only recently returned to these lovely boards following a snafu that ended in a hiatus, however THIS was not a series to enter without my whovians and so I have returned, but that's the reason this welcome aboard is so belated...
I must now admit this thread was long and smeared in cake *looks pointedly for the multiple Doctors that must be about* so I chose to just write a quick "hullo" rather than read the whole thread, I KNOW it's awful but I only wanted to say hi...so yeah, HI! And Welcome aboard, this is a darned tootin' good place ye've stumbled across

Where I tread, I leave nothing but dust and darkness...and I find it...good...

You bring your gift of CAKE to all mankind?
*is hopeful*
(It sounds better than Prim's culinary offerings. Prim, what's with the fried Dalek, fried Kroll, and shredded cabbage? We want cake!!)

Yes, cake with a depiction of Kroll on the top in green icing... Actually, I remember when I was little my aunty had a big cookery book with all sorts of novelty cake recipes in it, with pictures, and I remember one page had a picture of these Dalek cakes. I think they were made out of sponge, with that soft icing, and had (I think!) chocolate fingers for the gun and plunger, and smarties for the little "Dalek bumps". And I don't think she ever made them for us, which with hindsight seems like a massive missed opportunity...

Actually, fried Kroll doesn't sound all that bad. If it's with ketchup!

Doctor, plucking a green tentacle out of his hair and gesturing with it: "You know how sometimes doing something seems so much better when you think about doing it but when you really do it it's um... anyone happen to have a cloak handy?"

Yay!! (Magnus, you may not be quite the Magnussest person, but you're still a high contender for the craziest person round here, which is a notable achievement...) I'm fairly confident about my ability to hold onto the crown for ultimate Magnicity. Just how nuts that statement makes me is a matter for others to decide. I'm pathetic in that I'm fine with anyone being more out there in their cakeficciness, as long as they read my contribution.... Almost forgot.... hi Pitry!! I draw strength from the knowledge that you bite people. Don't ask me why. Write the Cakefic, it is your destiny. I'm a great British eccentric too, with one small problem, and I think you all know what it is. Three's cool, face it everybody. I knew not of the typographical origin of cakefic. It is more holy to me now....
